You can connect to your PIPEX Dial Account using a variety of different connection methods, the majority of which are shown below. PIPEX Dial can only provide direct support for the software supplied with your PIPEX Dial account, and whilst the notes on connecting are believed to be accurate any problems should be directed to the software manufacturer.

Please note - the setup instructions here are the same for PIPEX Dial users who continue to use standard 0845 (Pay as you go) access, and users who have subscribed to a DialTime unmetered package. However, it is important that DialTime users ensure they enter their correct DialTime access number in order to take advantage of their unmetered Internet access package, and do not enter an 0845 number in the "Backup Number" area of their Dialup Networking configuration. Doing so could result in unexpected call charges being incurred.
